Through close monitoring of alignment and form, our trainers encourage clients to forge body awareness and to utilize correct muscles during all workouts. 

 

While we offer different workout formats (1-to-1, partner, or group training), our clients receive our full and personalized attention regardless of which option they choose. 

Consultation 

Before any training begins, we will schedule a consultation to gauge your current fitness level, to identify any muscular imbalances in your body, and to begin mapping out a blueprint of how best to achieve your fitness goals. This also gives you the chance to explore the studio's offerings before making any firm commitment, and to meet one-on-one with a head trainer who can answer any questions you might have about us.
